Re: GT due a facelift???
Hi Ian, I'd be very surprised if there were any further significant updates to the GT (beyond the recently introduced satin grill edges and minor cosmetic enhancements). I expect V6 sales will cease soon, leading to the eventual withdrawal of the rest of the range, probably within a year. The GT is seen as as sitting rather uncomfortably alongside the Brera in the Alfa line-up and Alfa would rather shift the new platform cars which have better profit margins. Like it or not, the GT is the last of the 'legacy' Alfas (hence still one of the most appealing IMHO) being 156-based with 147 addendum. My advice? - pimp the wife and get yourself a GT V6 now. It's going to be the last proper Alfa (classic V6, reasonably light weight, faster than it should be, gorgeous looking, approximate build-quality and associated comforting squeaks and rattles). Don't wait for a drastic revamp or significant enhancements - they won't happen and it will soon be too late to snap-up a new one!
Any idea how I add a signature?
