Looking after old people, and NO I DO NOT WIPE ARSES! Well maybe a bit L

In Northern Ireland where the beautiful Mourne mountains sweep down to the sea.

Marital Status

G/f for just over a year

which cars do you drive and why?

I have a few hot hatches but my 147 is the most used as its quick, handles beautifully and has taste, style and refinement that are lacking on any other hot hatches imo

What started your passion for Alfa Romeo and do you think it’s fundamental to own one to have the passion?

My neighbour bought an alfa rosso v6 156 veloce with white multipsoke rims an a tea tray spoiler when I was too young to drive an I compared it to my parents citroen piccaso and wondered why anybody would choose hum drum over style like that. No I think Im passionate about WRC cars and I know its unlikely Ill ever own one!

What do you like most about Alfas?

I like the enthusiasim of the designers, they put novel ideas into practice whether it was practical or not, clocks in the middle of the dash, v6 75s, twin spark plugs to name but a few and they all made class characterful cars, experimentation over hum drum.

What do you like least about Alfas?

Random warning lights going off, oil consumption, dealers.

What would be your dream cars?

8C, Morgan Aeromax, bowler wildcat, 4WD super seven with 2 suzuki Hayabusha engines (yes at least one exists!), Batmobile out of Batman returns J

What car would you least like to drive?

Rover 400 in metallic pea green, I hate them

What would be your ideal drive in an Alfa (destination, passenger, driving music, etc)?

Probably with my mate, around the south of France to Monte Carlo in a custom 8C drop top listening to dire straights

What interests do you have outside of Alfas?

Golf, eating meat, drinking, modifying cars.

Tell us something nobody knows about you.

I have probably wrote off more motorbikes than most pro racers!

Do you have a party trick? If so what is it?

Wheeling/stoppying a nitrous/race fueled minimoto that shoots fire out the exhausts

If you had £50,000 you had to spend in 72 hours, how would you choose to spend it?

I would probably buy a motorboat, wanted one for ages but too much cash for something the size I want, would love to retire with a boat somewhere tropical and take tourists on excursions for easy cash….please jebus make it come true!

2.0 TS, custom hand stitched leather and alacantra interior, custom SS system, H+R suspension upgrade

Re: Decky

Interesting read - try not to do to your Alfa what you did with your motorbikes
