Hi there Lambrex.Welcome once again.
I know it's early days but what do you prefer.156 v 166.
Norway is alovely part of the world.
Did the fjordline cruise a few yeras ago and it was brilliant.
It is still early days with my new 166, but I have driven it almost 2000km in the last three weeks. I bought it in Oslo and I live in Bergen, that is around 525km, so the ownership started with a nice drive.
I really loved my old 156, I only sold it because of space requirements(new baby), and I did not want an estate of any make. I tried some different cars, but that just made me sad, they didn't have the correct feel and did not give me a good feeling. So I ended upp with a 166. I just love the sound of the V6, it sounds like nothing else. Ok, so the fuel costs has gone through the roof, but who cares, I'm having fun. It's the wife who drives it daytimes anyway and she does not put it in Sport mode!
The handling is alot different than the 156. My first thoughts was; I am driving a waterbed!! It is more of a car for cruising, but I am still enjoying tight corners. I may have to do some modifications to it, but not yet, because there is no budget for things like that as of now.
Just some thoughts, time to get back to work.
