Hampshire noob

Hey all,
Just picked up my first alfa a few days ago, a peculiar green 147ts - my dad has been a convert for some time previously owning a 156 and now a 159 and launch edition 4c, apparently you aren't a true petrol head until you have owned one and always having enjoyed the interior of an alfa - when this one came up cheap I had to have it, so - nice to meet you all, here is my "new" alfa:

Hi. How do Alfa do it. I mean their colours are sooo much better than other makers. That green just looks fantastic. A faded chrome window tint would work for me with that colour, but I don't own it lol Welcome, she looks tidy, does she need some TLC?

Welcome to AO & to Alfa ownership, congrats on your 147

PS I saw one that colour last week, not many of them on the road though.

There are a couple of faults that I am aware of - the heater rheostat is faulty & only works on full blower, the heated seats do not work (maybe just a fuse, I haven't had time to check), the alternator sounds like a supercharger, it will need front brake discs & pads soon & It feels as though there is a front suspension fault - poss inner front suspension bushes? aside from that, it's a very nice place to be.

I don't think he would go for that, unfortunately they had to miss out on the foc trip to Modena as he has just had extensive back surgery but it is a beautiful thing!
