Wave Hello. New and looking for a ph2 gtv 916.

Hello everyone.

My time has come. With the passing of my 20's just a few short weeks away, I need an Alfa in my life. Our neighbour (but 1) has a 80s spider & a gtv. He is Alfa bonkers and i have lusted one i treasure and call my own.

Therefore the plan is: ditch, the frankly shocking, mk3 golf. Buy a ph2 gtv 916 twinny. By the way, please for the love of whatever you believe in, don't convince me to buy the v6. The busso will come one day and will endeavour to seek the best when i have the time and money. Saving a house deposit wins for now.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a gooden for sale or those who would consider theirs going to a good and proper new home.

Been in contact with a few owners, garages, dealers and the like. Watched prices, missed out on several. Along with obsessive google research. Have learnt as much as i can before i explode.

I'm am pining for:
Alfa Red or dark blue. (Colour does not hold veto.) Condtion is priority
Teledials (does hold veto. They are a must)
Outrageous spoiler please!
(As close to meticulous as reasonable) full service history of everything.
Jobs done as and when needed. Dont care about mileage. Condition please.
Clean, straight and properly looked after.

I will drive her every day to wherever i am going and do as much of the work myself. Specialists are specialists for a reason, so will be leaving the the bigs jobs for them.

Budget. Well under straight and decent v6, otherwise might as well get one of those. Around 2k i think is reasonable. Above that, would have to be the perfect car for me.

Never driven one. But just know i gotta get one. I am likely going to need a local specialist to cast their eye over any potential purchases as i wanna get it as right as possible.

I'll stop there.

Thanks in advance for any help

Take care
