Alfa 156 2.0 ts

Hi everyone,

Recently got a 156, great car but naturally having some problems.
The slave cylinder on the clutch went

Now it is overheating when stationary.
Ive has a new radiator and thermostat and hard wired the fan to
the battery so i know the fan works but it does not come on automatically. Any ideas, i have checked the connections and fuses
and by passed the sensor on the radiator but still no joy.

Help i am getting very hot in the car with the blower going.
