Idea Hello all

Looking for some information about a 2000 156 1.9 JTD, I found your excellent forum about Alfa.

I not new in Alfa world and own a few (14 cars !!) starting from a Giulietta Spider (1957) until an 156, I also have a GT Junior, a Giulia 1600 Super, a Giulietta 116, a 75, a few 33 (2 16V, P4, SW) a Sud Sprint (Serie II) and an Alfetta. I think I don't forget a car

I also create and maintain a french site about technicals subjects. I am pleased to be here even if I am not too much active. However, if I can help you, do not hesitate to contact me ... maybe I know the answer

Best regards,
Yvon Duvivier

Re: Hello all

Welcome Alfa master!
14 Alfas??? That has to be a record of some sort in itself,if not, your cars can be the subject of some threads...I can think of one:the Giulia surely belongs in "rarest Alfa model on AO"

Re: Hello all

Greetings. Can't imagine how much the road tax bill would be for that many cars if you were in the UK!

Re: Hello all

Thanks for all your greetings :-)

To be honest 4 are on the road and I paid the full taxes only for the 156. Other are vintage and I only paid for the first one, other just have an extra 10 euros amount.

All 33 and non vintage cars are parked waiting some repair .... or being old enough to be back on the road. I just start the restoration of the GT Junior and hope to drive that car next year.

By the way I didn't know that the Super was "rarest Alfa model on AO". It is a 66 model with all chrome on it. Unfortunatly engine blow 2 years ago and I am still in the process of rebuilding it. Not enough time, I work only the weekend on my cars and last year, I found the Spider, work on it the winter and drove it this summer. Now I'll start on the Bertone and will continue on the engine when I have time !!!

Cheers,
Yvon
