Alfa 147 - trailing arm bushes

I have an Alfa 147 JTD and at the last service the rear trailing arm was reported as needing replacing because the bush is broken. It appears that the bonding has become detatched and there is some movement.

Do I have to chnage the whole arm or can I get a replacement bush? Is this a simple DIY job?
