164 and 145

Hmmm Hello, is this normal behaviour?

I've just joined tho' have owned two 145 cloverleafs for just under a year. One of them ran a big end 6 weeks ago, and if that wasn't bad enough the other one then started making serious noises - which then seemed to fade into nothing, but only after I had taken the sump and oil pump off. I am determined to sell both of them and give up Alfas, but unfortunately last weekend I ended up buying a 164. Is this normal behaviour? Can someone help me??

Sounds pretty normal to me and probably everyone else in this forum as we are all addicted to Alfas
