Alfa GT 3.2V6

Hi to everybody

Just arrived on this forum. I live in Italy and have a beautiful GT 3.2V6 with the following modifications:

- ECU remapped
- replaced air filter
- LPG system installed
- replaced front pads with ROESCH ones

It would be nice to discuss with somebody having the same car!

Re: Hi to everybody

Hi Alfcorse,

welcome to AO.

There are oodles of 3.2V6 owners, but just a select few GT 3.2V6 owners I think.
A good gaggle of other GT variants are here too so between the lot of us we should be able to help

Cheers,
TB

Re: Hi to everybody

What's the tax on a 3.2 in Italy these days ? (Given all the tax break versions and TBs heretofore ?)

Re: Hi to everybody

thank you for your welcome.

The GT with the LPG system works greatly, no noticeable decrease in performance until 6000rpm. Over 6000 there's a certain power loss, but it's not a problem because when I want to drive really fast I switch to petrol again.

The annual tax on a GT 3.2 is around 450 Euro in Italy (we pay on HP, so this is the amount for 240hp).
For this reason, and mainly for the high petrol consumption, the GT 3.2 (as well as all GTA series) is not popular at all in Italy. 90% of GTs in Italy are 1.9JTD and the rest are 1.8Tspark.
