154 Cloverleaf

Hello

I'm a Cloverleaf addict. Started over 22 years ago when a friend suggested I try a Sud 1.5 Cloverleaf. I didn't think it would do any harm, but I guess that's what they all think at first. Well, the Sud ran out of clap, so the next best available thing was a 33 1.7 Cloverleaf. Having rear doors sort of made the addiction less obvious to my wife as I said the car was more family friendly. I'm now back main-lining with a 145 Cloverleaf; any ideas of family oriented car gone (her in doors has a Volvo estate).
One question still bothers me. Why, when I knew it would turn pink, did I get another red Alfa?

Re: Hello

My mates GTV went a bit pinky and he had a quote for a 'blow over' at a local bodyshop that would have only cost £300-£400 quid, he explained it like its not a full respray but its enough paint to bring the colour back. If your 145 is a mechanically sound and rot free it might be a worthwhile thing for you to do???

Re: Hello

Pink Alfas. Yes I'm seriously thinking of getting it tarted up as it is in pie eye order apart from the fading paint. Thanks for the encouragement!
