Alfa Progression

Hello all - am here to post my hello post, if only to get rid of the message that appears at the top of every thread!
Been an Alfa owner and driver for eight years, and am currently on my fifth Alfa. Started with a 1.7 Sud Sprint. Moved to a 1.7 series 2 33 when the Sprint's engine cooked. Finally killed off the 33 in a flood in sunny Worcestershire and got a bit more modern with a 145 Cloverleaf. Enjoyed that for a couple of years and then went a bit tartier with a 2.0 GTV. Then last February I got fed up with having to borrow my Dad's Volvo if I wanted to carry anything bigger than a Mars bar, so I bought my current car, a 2.0 147 Lusso. Now in the market for a 147 GTA, which has been my "target car" since they first got announced.
Question is, is this sequence progress?!

James

Re: Alfa Progression

Hi & welcome to AO
I'd say yes, that is logical progression.

You will know for sure when you first drive a 147 GTA because in addition to style/comfort/and load-carrying capacity, you'll find it has serious performance & handling plus a glorious Alfa V6 soundtrack

Re: Alfa Progression

I've already driven a couple actually, in the search for the right one - and I certainly can't argue with you on any of your three counts!
