Hi All

Hello all, i have been led here by Sussexa, i am another fellow stilo jtd owner (8v) and have been looking into tuning options what sort of gains i can get etc etc, and have read a few threads on here regarding tuning options.

my car is a stilo multiwagon jtd with almost every option, full momo heated leather, skyroof, cruise control, mettalic paint, alarm, upgraded 17" oem wheels, have owned it for over a year now and its my first diesel (have only had fiat 20v's for last 8 ish years).

soo looking at tuning options i have already had a quote regarding the hybrid turbo from tdi turbos, and been looking at what else i will need in order to make it quicker, i mean it does pull like a train but i would like more power after 3.5k revs, priced up a FMIC, and exhuast system, plus it will need mapping when and if i go all out onit, but i would hope to get around 180bhp to 200 bhp but keep the driveability of it at the same time, it is my toy.

i have already fitted mtec dimpled and grooved discs and mintex pads on the rear, i have drilled and grooved for the front to go on, and i have made a apillar with a double gauge pod (gauges mounted in the stereo facia at present) next up will be some new lowering springs and the exhuast system aswell as the front discs.

good to find a forum that talks about tuning in detail.

looks forward to reading up on some of your build threads.

Welcome to AO Robin.

Best mod would be to swap the Stilo for an Alfa
