Newbie in Stone, Staffordshire (Midlands)

Hi all. I'm Billy, 47 and in my first ALFA. A 2004/5 GT 1.9JTD.
Bought it, joined the site, drove it half way to France and the Motor Monitoring System Failure warning came on. Drove it to where I was going (Poitou Charente) parked it up for 3 days then drove it back to the dealer. 2 weeks later he had fixed it (re-con turbo, new EGR valve, new bottom turbo inlet pipe and new clutch pedal switch for the cruise control) and I'm happy and in' it.

Hope to get involved with the local action!
