Another newbie from Scotland

Hi all,

Just got my first 155 2.0 TS Lusso bout a month ago. Still in standard condition, only the wheels that got a face lift to 17" BK wheels which fitted by the previous owner.

Just noticed this forum when googling around. Very nice and interesting site, can wait to learn new alfa's stuffs from the forum.

Now that you've mentioned it, it actually abit high . But haven't got time to get it sorted yet. Perhaps at the end of this month, with the new 2nd hand passenger side mirror (if I could get hold of it, damn this thing is a rare one )

Let me know if someone out there is selling their Pass side wing mirror

Cheers

Thanks for the advice, will get to it next time I parked it.

Yeah it's a decent DOHC car which does not suck my student pocket away
I used to have a Mitsubishi (oh wait, still does in my home country ) but it's a rare make here in Scotland. While still looking for the 90's Galant GTis (same model back home) I couldn't resist when this red beauty show up in ebay, and what a luck located in st. andrews (only 10 miles away). What a bargain for chained belt car (relieved that I don't have to worry bout changing timing belt again and again )

Hi Iwan; nice motor. I'm guessing from your name and comments that you aren't of Scottish decent? Where is "back home"?

Up yer jumper, you gits are just as tight.

Scotland is full of culture and we are frugal as we know that most folk south of the border are not clever enough to know when they are getting ripped off.

PS: We've had to listen to to p1sh about 1966 World Cup and the Ashes for years now. As if we care? Whatever!

Nice motor mate.

Yup You're right, Indonesian by Nationality.
Back home = Jakarta
Maybe some of you guys been there. Driving is much tougher back there. But at least Scots drivers and Indonesian drivers shared the same attitude toward speed limit . I still miss cruising at 100-110 mph on the highway back home.

That must mean you're a decent Indonesian then (sorry, just having a laugh at my own poor spelling ).

We may share the same attitude to speed limits, but I hope Indonesian drivers have better lane discipline than we do

Hope you can make it to the next meet. Just keep your eyes peeled on the forum.
