This is my first time owning an Alfa and also a V6.
I am one of the younger members on here but I am not just some chav looking to ruin one of these great cars.
I have spent the last 2 years spending sheds loads of money and many hours fettling on my two stroke bikes. Suzuki RGV250 and Aprilia RS250 ( the italian money pit)
I have sorted them and now have some spare cash to have some fun with on a car. I have always loved Alfa's and especially the 156. I work in a car dealership as a salesman ( I know... dont judge) and managed to pick up a cheap 156 2.5 V6 with 80,000 and full service history. It has already had its cam belt done along with the water pump/. It will need its clutch as it is starting to slip when full throttle and high revs are used. But for £200 I can't complain. It flew through its MOT as well.
I am looking to sort the suspension out and to replace the bushes to start with. I may also be looking at doing a few slight modifications to the engine, intake and exhaust.
Your help will be much appreciated and i'm sure in time I can start giving back some information. How ever if any needs help with two stroke engine rebuilds, problem solving, carb fueling etc don't hesitate to give me a message
