Its not possible to say from a few dimensions how easy it would be to safely get in and out of a garage but yes the GT is slightly worse than a 147 (slightly wider with the same rather large turning circle). In any parking situation it takes a bit more manouvering to get into position than an average medium sized car.
Do you normally go into your garage forwards or reverse in?
I would tend to reverse into a garage with a narrow entrance. It could be that it is easier (like reversing into a parallel parking space) by reversing in but then the visiblity is a lot less and you could be using your door mirrors to see the clearance on each side. It depends on what you are comfortable with.
