Love my MX-5 (57 plate) only had it 30 months, 11,200 miles of pleasure unfortunately not all with the top down, but have decided to go down the Alfa Romeo route. A back that has seen better days made me think about changing and the ONE Mito seen on the road (i will probably start noticing more from now on) made me investigate further.
So, last week the order was placed, a Mito 1.4 Multiair TB 135bhp TCT Veloce. Colour Tornado Blue and Black & Red Sports Seats, after the superb MX-5 gearbox i had a few reservations about the Mito manual gearbox and after test driving the manual this was confirmed, nothing major, just what i had previously been used to, however, having heard some good reports about the TCT decided that was the best option for me.
Took my MX-5 to the dealer today
although i have a wait of at least 12 weeks for the Mito, i agreed to release it early for maximum part exchange value. Didn't go overboard with the options, Rear Parking, Climate Control, Folding Mirrors, Sports Pedals and Cruise Control. I know how long these next few weeks are going to drag by, but will get my regular doses of this forum.
