Hello to all

Hi all

On Wednesday I am happy to say I will be picking up my first Alfa, a GT 1.9 JTD.
I have had my current car, a Seat Ibiza Cupra for 7 years so it's out with the old and in with the new.
I am interested in some subtle mod's to the alfa, as in a nice set of alloys, lowered and a re-map.
So far I have found the forum very interesting and full of useful information and i'm sure there is plenty more for me to read through.

I look forward to speaking with you all soon

Not a good start!
Picked my car up yesterday and after about 10 miles it went into limp mode and the engine management light came on with the car going into limp mode.
I took it back to the garage where they gave me my part ex car back again! (poor thing doesn't know if it's coming or going lol)
I have been informed that the problem is the EGR valve which is getting replaced in the morning then I can have my new car back.
Fingers crossed!
