Help ***** GT worries

Hi Ive just bought 2005 05 1.9 deisel. I'm told by the seller that the Air bag warning light comes on intermittently and goes off agian normally over a bump, and it does. Its apparently been to ***** three times and they cannot find out why. Anyone else had this 'error'. also are there any other common faults it might be good to knoe about. Whining Tubo for instance, Bose radio system that needs to be about 34 to be able to hear it. Ive ahd a look at loads of 'threads' but havent seen too much to worry about but maybe some will know better..........................

Air bag light :
Will be a loose connection - will be under the pass seat - needs a new connector OR just a solder OR you could wrap a good bit of elecy tape around it to keep in a snug position.

Make sure she is topped up with oil and leave your engine running for 15 seconds to the turbo gets some cooler oil - mines been like that for about 18 month (25K) still fine. (since i had it)

Technical area is good for info and to put your mind at rest.

Oh and welcome to AO - get some piccys up and enjoy the forum.
