Hello again Toby!
Yes I've already changed the cup + card holder for the single drawer and put an XCarLink to read USB / SD cards inside it - looks quite neat and works really well. It actually came with a CD changer in the boot which I was going to remove but it seems bolted down somehow - I'll look at the weekend but I'd probably be looking at selling that soon and getting a Bose woofer too.
Changed the side repeaters to white because the orange really clashed with the paint in my opinion. As for the wheels I'd been thinking about it. I really like the 5 spoke teledials on the GTA, but thats going to have to wait until the bank balance looks healthier and I've had my use out of the tyres that are on it. Don't want too much of a rough ride either - if you've been through Sulby Glen you'll know what I mean - cattle grids - ugh! I'm not really a big car moddifier either, especially as Alfa do a pretty good job themselves.
Didn't catch the rally which is a shame, I'm really into it but I was busy - check out my photos of other Manx rallies at rally.im
It's only done 34,000, but I had the cam belt done anyway as it's nearly 7 years old! Also did the tensioners and other belts, water pump, suspension bushes, powersteering hoses, rear silencer, rear washer, and the plate that covers the exhaust at the front which was rattling. All seem to be common problems.
Oh and good guess! the Punto is on Marine drive. Yes the Punto wasn't the prettiest thing in the parking lot but served me well considering the punishment it's had over the years!
