159 Sportswagon

USB Media Connection

Hopefully somebody can help me!!!

I have a 159 Sportswagon with Blue&Me and USB media connection.

I had an Ipod which worked fine when plugged unto the USB port in the glove box, but after upgrading to an Itouch, it does not recognise it as an MP3 player???

Anybody got any suggestion's apart from the obvious of getting another ipod.....

Re: USB Media Connection

Hi, welcome to the forum

i think to answer your question it's down to the fact that an iPhone and iPod Touch store the music differently to an iPod which is just a mp3 player whereas the new iPhone/iPod Touch is technically a computer ... or something like that ... best suggestion is do as most people have done (like me) and go and buy a USB stick for a few quid and just leave it in the car
