Im Craig, from East Kilbride in Scotland! Thought id signup to this forum and say a wee hello
Hoping to find help and maybe help others on here!
Anyway, i have been the very proud owner of a wee 145 Cloverleaf for the past 6 weeks (roughly) and im hooked to all things Alfa now! Coming from a Corsa i could feel the difference straight away, and i am basically shocked at how good a 12yr old car can be!
So this is my wee beauty...
Trying to perfect and restore this one back to its spectacular glory (lol), so far i have...
Replaced front grille and badge as it was faded
Replaced front passenger indicator, it was cracked and mouldy
Replaced rear drivers side brake and indicator housing (as it kept blowing the brake light lol)
Replaced laquer peeled door handles
Replaced laquer peeled inserts above rear windows
Replaced bulbs with oem ones, sidelights were blue when i bought it
Replaced MAF due to a funny idle and injector light being on
Replaced camshaft cover gasket as the last one had a crack near the bottom right screw and had a tiny oil leak
Replaced a few odds and sodds, screws, clips, covers etc
2 new rear tyres (need to check pressure, looking a bit 'solid' since the tyre place put them on)
Oh and i wanted to keep it standard, but i have changed the headunit to an Alpine one with ipod support, it killed me driving withought my ipod! lol
Sorry for the long post... but hello!
