Hi from a wannbe petrolhead
So Clarkson says you can't be a true petrol head without owning an Alfa eh?
Whether that’s true or not, I’m not entirely sure, but i'm looking to complete the pre qualification anyway.
Having spent many years admiring from afar (but without the cash to actually make it happen) after finally breaking out of poverty but being sidelined by the SLK 350 (so beautiful, but the merciless hairdresser jibes take their toll after a while) its time to say auf wierdesehen and caio bella.
I absolutely love the Brera, but at 6' 2", once inside I can't look right without getting friction burns on my forehead from the headlining. Does anybody know how I can get round this? (apart from setting the seat full back with maximum recline a' la low rider. Which may be fine if you're under 25, but at my age would smack even more of desperate mid life crisis than running an SLK!)
If there is no way around this, then I’m looking at buying the 159 (not as beautiful, but at least it looks like I’m getting in it, not putting it on).
Should I?, Would you?
Some advice from 'those in the know' would be very welcome.

Reason: spelt alfa as ***** (bloody spellcheck)
