hello there just bought an alfa spider 1996 and need help finding someone i can depend on for parts at a reasonable price. The car is a bit of a dog and would like to bring it back to life, please if there is anybody in n ireland that can help i would be greatful.

I just bought one myself, same year 1996 for the equivalent of roughly £600 at todays rates (I am in Prague)

If you are planning to jazz some life into it I'd be interested to follow it's progress - get some photos of it posted so we can all see your hunk of junk

I'd do the same and post updates but I'm such a lazy shmuck I'm not committing myself just yet - though I DO have good intentions I might add

Well I didn't even want an Alfa, sorry, I should say I did always want an Alfa, but never considered buying one til this billy bargain came up. I really was expecting a right pile of mire (I bought it sight unseen over the internet LOL - are people beginning to build up a profile of me now ) but was pleasantly surprised by what I found when I went to collect it.

Obviously at £600 it's not concours, but it's not some wreck either... mostly it's small cosmetics that need doing, but its really just general wear and tear. All honest stuff. Drives like a peach!
