Not Happy baffled by a bolt

hi i have an alfa 156 t-spark 20ltr its a lovely car and the first alfa i have ever owned its always had what seems to be a lazy starter motor, it gradually has got worse turning over slower just recently it stuck and refused to go, i am in the proceeds of changing it two bolts are clearly accessible one is at the back lower down am i missing something how do you get to it without grazing ,scrapping ,and doing yourself damage trying to fit your hand up to undo the bolt,plus all the verbal abuse you give the car because its getting the better of you CAN ANYBODY PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE!

Never done one on an Alfa, but plenty on Fiats/Lancias, some with 3/8" drive sockets on a long, or short extension, universal swivel joint, some not. Nice angled combination Tipco spanner for some. I hope you sort it.:
