Greetings from Tony Lau
I live in Hong Kong and bought a brand new Brera 3.2 a month ago after driving several pre-owned Porsches since 1992. It's a change but not a very pleasant one.
Two days after I got the car, I got a bad puncture on one tyre and need replacement. No same type of tyre from the dealer nor in the whole Hong Kong. The original one was Bridgestone Potenza Y38, yes Y38. So I need to change into 4 P-Zero.
Go to the petrol station and I have never been able to fill it up 3/4 tank even filling at low speed.
Travelling downhill at D-drive and at moderate speed, it downshifts automatically and I have to accelerate to keep on with the traffic.
Braking before traffic lights will cause a jerk at the gearbox and /or the differential. Perhaps it is due to the engine brake and automatic downshift.
That's my experience from my Brera. Any views and help apart from sending it back to the dealer and have no car to use for a period of time.
