Re: Not yet an Alfa owner
Thanks for the welcome guys.
Just cleared it with the missis!
Pretty much set on the 1.9JTDm Q2, would like the cloverleaf
Looking at PCP rather than buying tho', I have never done this before, it seems too good to be true.
Buying outright (with a loan): Sell current car + savings. Loan payments of about £500 a month for 3 yrs, then sell the car after 3 years (guestimated value). Total cost to run for 3 yrs - approx £16,000
PCP: Sell current car + savings. PCP payments of about £250 a month for 3 yrs, then hand car back. Total cost to run for 3 yrs - approx £16,000
Seems it will cost about the same but with much lower monthly payments. Anybody done this? There MUST be a catch, right?
Oh and I know I won't own the car, I don't mind.
And I don't know if I can get a cloverleaf on PCP (might have to spec up a std car)
