1966 Giulia Sprint GT pricing

Hi, I'm knew to this forum but I have a question. I'm interested in purchasing and restoring a 1966 Giulia Sprint GT which is the only one of its kind in my country, Jamaica. It has sustained quite a bit a damage due to rust and is in dire need of upholstery. Due to non-use, the piston rings have seized there rendering the car pretty much useless. It will need new belts and hoses and new tires as it has pretty much been parked for 9-10 years. The owner, who is my friend's father says if I can make him a reasonable offer he will sell. He also has many spares for it which he will give me at no additional cost. Please advise me on a good offer I can make him.

I think he should give you it for free, as it sounds like your going to look after it which he hasn't - Hello & welcome btw
