Hi - new user - soon to be new Alfa owner
Hi all, I've been reading this forum for a while and decided today to sign up.
The reason being, I've just ordered a brand new Alfa Romeo GT Coupe Q2 Cloverleaf!! (Hence the username I suppose!)
I was going to get the Blackline Q2, but decided to wait a couple of months to get the Cloverleaf.
I can see a lot of people on here love their Alfas, and rightly so.
I wanted a Brera, but it's out of my budget unfortunately.
I nearly bought a V6 156 about a year ago for around £2k (an S reg) but glad I didn't in a way, as this opportunity wouldn't have come up for me.
Anyway, I'll post so photos when it arrives (hopefully after September the 1st!).
I can't wait, but I know I have to!!

How true - I don't care what the fuels costs, but as I'll be cruising instead of racing, it should be ok......
Thanks for the welcome too.

I'm only pulling you leg mate, the 1.9 oil burner is a cracking engine, especially in 170 bhp trim.

Re: Hi - new user - soon to be new Alfa owner
Welcome to AO!
You must be unbearable to live with at the mo'
What colour/trim does the Cloveleaf come in? Is it limited spec a la Blackline?
Re-mapping is gooooodd And the Q2 will nail the power more sure footed than mine (although ~185bhp feels pretty nice, I still suffer from the jolts and understeer if driven too spirited). Q2 is next on my list of upgrades when I can justify the dosh to Mrs Jed
