Hi everyone, had my Alfa for a week now, so thought I'd best get posting!
To say I was the proud owner of would be an understatement....I have never driven such a special car as this, and I have driven many! Cant put my finger on it, obviously the magnificent engine, how can it deliver its power so smoothly from city lugging 2000 rpm way up to the redline, thats the finest, and like a sewing machine at tickover! I am smitten, poor idiot that I am. Wish I'd discovered Alfas years ago!. I had resigned myself to a Golf Gti of some sort, or maybe a VR6 to combine speed with some way of accomodating our 6 month old (he doesnt like it on the bootrack of my partners MGF). Then Greig Jollys 145 QV came up in a 'less than 1 mile' search on Autotrader, did some research, made a few calls, testdrive and now here it is, outside my studio window, perfect!
