Hi welcome to the forum, and yes i should be looked at, it may just need a re-gas but it may also have a cooling pipe leak somewhere and that's where the gas has gone.
Worst case scenario te compressor is buggered and that's how the gas is venting out. My 147 is in the same boat, about to start looking for a specialist air con person to diagnose what the problem is
Don;t take it to Kwik Fit as they will just regas it and nothing else, hopeflly you'll have a good auto electrician or air con shop in your area.
