Newbie saying Hi
Hi All
We're about to pick up our first Alfa on Sat - it's a 1999 Spider Lusso.
It looks/sounds and runs really well, it has 52000miles and we're really looking forward to some summer fun.

One small issue it had was that the (power) roof didn't seem to want to lock back in place when fully 'up'. It looked like one of the locking pins was out of alignment.. is this a common thing?

Sorry to ask a Q in the first post

Thanks for the warm welcome... We're realy looking forward to picking up the Alfa on Saturday.

We've read through the threads on electric hood issues and have some ideas where to start looking (fluid level, pin alignment etc) so hopefully it'll be something simple and we can just crack on and enjoy ourselves :-)
