HI There
Just bought my first alfa,it's a 03 156 1.8 sportswagon,it's only got 39,000 on the clock but i'm checking it in to my local alfa specialist to have the timing belt done,i was wondering if anyone could enlighten me about the bonnet catch problem after reading some alarming stuff on the net will my alfa guy be able to check this out for me,Any replies would be appreciated

Hello and welcome to AO Kishmel

Regarding the bonnet catch, just make sure it is well lubricated and when closing let the bonnet drop on its own from about 20cm and check to make sure it is closed properly. There is a thread about this if you have a quick search
