Why did you buy a Japanese import 147? Wouldn't have thought there was much of a market for that sort of thing.

You should be able to pick up a manual on ebay like this one depending on the year of manufacture.

hi there,thanks for ur reply.its a used car first up but have always wanted to own an alfa.and the prev owner had it imported x japan..but we got a steal of a deal...so we went for it.and as luck had it the manual turned out to be in japanese
