Metallic Paint job

I am the proud owner Metallic Black 04 GTA, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice, I always wash the car by hand, but have noticed that the metallic black sheen appears to going, does anyone know how to keep the metallic sheen looking as good as when it came out of the showroom , are ther any products I could buy that would assist me to keep it.

Good evening and welcome.

I think Pabloss is a good person to ask on this subject since his 147GTA sounds like its the same colour and he's got excellent knowledge in this subject area, and owns a paint shop. I'll direct him to this thread.

Heres his all nice and shiny the other week, 13th post down. Does this look to be the same colour? http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/poll-...8-gta-8-a.html (AO Car of the Year 2008: GTA (8))

Re: Metallic Paint job

Thank you, for that, my car appears to be darker than that, although it could be the photo.
