Hey first alfa ever

Hey guys I'm new to the Alfa Romeo scene. been looking for a car for ages not knowing what to get sat in a 147 and new i had to have it lol.
Iv just got a 147 1.6 Lusso TI on a 2004 plate. Is there any thing i should look out for on this car in particular? Do you guys ever do meets down south wales? To end i think ill just finish by saying these cars are amazing.

There is a meet in South Wales in 2 weeks tomorrow (Sunday) over towards Swansea.

And another with the South West region at Castle Coombe race track on Monday the 26th May. Busy life being a Taffia member

Which part of South Wales are you calling home? We have members as far east as Chepstow and as far west as Abertawe (might be some further West, I am not sure.)

My parents used to live just south of chepstow for many years so I know the South Wales area very well. You guys must have some great runs out through the Wyre Valley

Thats actually the route for the meeting after next, alone the A48 and B4232, into Chepsow then up the Wye Vally into Monmouth and back down the A449 for a scream along the M4

Wish I could come along for a blast as your going past where I used to visit (parents used to live in Caerwent just off the A48), when is it?

Don't actually have a date yet, but, as I next meet is 25th May, I can't see it being till the end of June-ish...

hey guys im from southwales live in caerphilly myself. thanks for the welcome may pop along in 2 weeks gt paid a week this fri so should be able to ill pm u if its a definate n find out exactly when n were Tony_156JTD any views on if I bought the right alfa guys?

As for the Alfa, if its a car you love and you love driving it, then its the right one for you

aint that the same with all alfa's lol yea its the greatest driving experience iv ever had.

It might be, but, I have only driven two 156's so I don't know.

But, my point was more saying that if you feel that the car suits your needs it doesn't matter what it is as long as its an Alfa
