I just replaced my stock single exhaust tip with dual tips,(same stock box) and felt the V6 note changed when accelerating?? Less noisy to be exact.
With the stock tip, it felt a bit tighter below 3000rpm - both in engine sound and throttle response. Can it be that diameter change?
The engine had a much meaner roar before this swap ranging all RPMs...Can anyone explain this? Help...
** Any suggestions on getting that mean sound out of the exhaust end without changing the muffler?
