Hi

Just a quick first post to introduce myself:

My Name is Rob McDonald and I'm and Alfaholic.

My first Alfa was a 1988 33 1.7 veloce which I bought in 1994. From that point on I was hooked and in the time since I have owned the following (in order):-
1989 164 3.0 Lusso
1993 33 16V
1992 33S 16V Permenant 4
1998 146 TI
1986 GTV6 (fitted with a 3.0 from a 75)
1998 145 Green Cloverleaf
1988 Sprint Green Cloverleaf (fitted with a 16v from a late 33)
I owned other makes in between, but have always felt something was missing when I didn't have an Alfa.
I came across this forum only recently and thought I'd register as it all seems quite friendly (unlike some other forums).
I hope to get to know some of you soon.

I guess I've had owned more than average. God knows how much it's cost me over the years. Like I said I've owned other cars in between, but never really loved them like my Alfa's. For example I got rid of a brand new mini cooper s for my 145 cloverleaf. I thought the 145 was twice as good.
Now I'm in the fortunate position of having both a company car and a house with a garage, hence the sprint. With luck it will be with me for some time.
