sprint 1.7

Boring Hello you Alfa fruitcakes...

Hello everyone.....
Im Peter Sinclair from Wick ,in the far north of Scotland..A heelander!!
Im a electrician by trade ,and an alfa nut , when i get the time!!
But unfortunatly i've been very, very buisy lately and have not managed to look at my sprint 1.7 for at least ...oooh 5 years!! Wow that buisy..
But now after getting married and buying and old decreped house, (like the car) i feel its time to reawaken the dead !
I've had a sprint since 91, the first was a 82 special? and after a major restoration (3 years) i finaly managed to take it on the Queens highway and"My oh My" i got the alfa bug big time! But in 99 the car failed its MOT so badly, so much rot!! I bit the bullet, took of all the good bits and scrapped it.. So in the same year i picked up a dodgy looking 89 sprint from Peterburgh. While driving it home i noticed that it seemed that the car was "bouncing" up and down, all the way through Scoltand ,only to find when removing the plastic skirt, there was no cills!!!
Anyway, 2 years later, another resto..I had a gleeming black sprint to play with.. But in 2003 errrrr,,i crashed it into a old ladys car!! And it was my fault So emmm ,here i am folks, i've owned an alfa for over 17 years but only driven them for about ,umm, 7.. Oooo that 6c looks like a good idea..
