After many years of thinking and driving around in company German boxes, I decided invest in a modest way in an Alfa 147. I know the Selespeed version is not universally loved but "I want one!!!"
Anyway I have seen a few 01/02 plate ones very cheap but with high miles 120K ish. As I said the price of these are in the £2-3K region so they are cheap cars but I would still rather not waste my money on a dog. So here's the thing, other than the usual checks to be made when buying a used car is there anything specific to the 147 Selespeeds that I should look out for? Also, I'm used to BMW's and Audi's that handle high mileage but can the 147?
