New owner and already initiated
I have had a second-hand Alfa Spider for two weeks now and already done the foolish thing and tried to lower the powered hood on a cold day. Result? A shattered plastic rear window, now covered in builders' plastic sheet and duck tape! Do I have to get a whole new hood or is the back window and surround available separately?
All advice appreciated.

Hi welcome to AO. Check out the tech section for your Spider, hope the window can be replaced without having to replace the whole top.

You can get the window repaired separately .....

These people advertise the job for £195 +VAT including parts and labour

Car hoods, car soft tops, new or rapir

My Dad did the same inhis Boxster - and had the plastic replaced at a local place that do car roof work etc
