This is my first post on this forum. I'm about to pick up my very first alfa tomorrw. Im driving 3.5 hours to pick it up. It's a 147 2.0 Lusso TS. I hope it's worth it

3.5 hour drive there.. 5 hour drive back via country roads and 2 petrol stations!

Thanks all. I live in Nuneaton (Warwickshire) and I'm picking the car up from Devon. I wanted to leave at 7AM but my mate can't come with me until 11AM. Guess I'm going to get to it by 3PM ish.

I can't wait now. I've been driving around in an old banger of a Rover 620 for a couple of years now saving for a really nice car. I didn't want anything that everyone else has got. i.e. Focus, Golf etc....

I wanted something with style and is well known for it's great drive. Also, my girlfriend is Italian so I may as well keep up the trend

I'm sure I'll be back tonight to let you all know how I'm getting on with it

As is mine. The main reason I bought an alfa in the first place. Now I won't drive anything else.

I'm loving my Alfa. It's all I think about at the moment. I can't relax until I've got all the little niggly bits sorted. Keyfob, tyres, few scratches and scuffs etc.

I want to get her back to as she was brand new
