I'm a pom living in Sydney, driving one of the thousands of 147 2.0TS here. Where are all the rest of you? Stumbled across this site looking for evidence when I became the victim of another premature cam belt failure. $4K later, I'm now just a couple of days away from being back in it, back on the road. They break but we love'em. In the words of the esteemed James May; "You can't claim to be a car nut until you've owne an Alfa". Here here...

Probably Freddie Flintoff, down here to really learn how to play Cricket without 'breaking down' all the time ....
it's done by tranfering the 'breakages' to the car
Welcome to AO and yes by now there are a few thousand 147's on australia roads...but only about 2000 Alfa Romeos are being sold into a annual 1 million car market!!!!
