916 GTV owner in the UK - ? exporting the car to New Zealand

Hi there, I am new to this forum (I may have posted once before), I own a '99 916 GTV Phase 2 3.0L, my first Alfa which I am very proud of. The car is very tidy, I decided to enter it for Concours at AROC National Day earlier this year when it received some very positive comments from the judges and other owners. I live in Keswick in the Lake District which means I get to drive the car on some of the most spectacular roads in the UK. I will asking advice soon about how to export the car to New Zealand for my son who lives there. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
