I made the mistake of dropping the GTV off at a mate's garage, it needed the bushes doing and at the time I was working abroad. Of course it was on mate's rates, so two years later it's still sat cosy in the shed. Every summer we nearly get it sorted, then it starts to rain and I think "well, at least it's under cover, so let's leave it for the winter". It's time to get it back this year, my wife has banned me from buying any more Alfettas till that one is working again and using the 33 as the daily driver has got me all fired up! So far, in the first 2 months I've done the cambelts and the clutch, the stereo's packed in but everything else works, which is nice!
