Stomach churning to read, but not something we didn't already suspect. Is Mosley for real?
How F1 can be fair for all when the top guy is biased to one team is beyond me.

Hmmm, timing is not the best.

However I have seen F1 defined as Ferrari and Monaco, without those elements it could be any racing series.

hes just stating what everyone other than all the ferrari flag waving nutters have known for the last 20 years, F1 bends over at every oportunity and take it, ahem, up a certain place to keep the darlings at ferrari happy.

The title of this thread could equally have been "Mosely, most important team member of Ferrari"

I love Ferrari (and I clearly admire McLaren and Williams as well) but all this is turning into a paradoxical farce that is tarnishing even Ferrari's image. Mosley, leave...

Well said. I don't think anyone has anything against Ferrari as a team,its just the team as it now with it's extra member that's p*ssing people off.

Well if you want a conspiracy theory I've just dreamed this one up..

Enzo Ferrari was made a Commendatore by Mussolini, that well known fascist, and kept the courtesy title after Mussolinis fall. Max Mosley is the son of Oswald Mosley..head of the British Union of fascists.

So its possible its an old pals act fascist plot.

Its complete rubbish of course, but..oh well..it whiles away the winter nights before next years racing begins, and I couldn't think of anything better.

How many British teams are there now...the front bits of Mclaren and Williams..and not a lot else. I think Mosley has a point, but he's put it rather badly, and he doesn't get on with Ron.

Mind you, whoever has been at the top of the FIA has always ended up as a hate figure. anyone remember Jean Marie Balestre..he got hated quite a lot i seem to remember. Not a job for the faint hearted.

Max Mosley is the main knob jockey for the prancing horse no doubt about it, but he is also a very dangerous man with some of his decision making.

However, I don't think things will change radically if he goes, as you will just get some other power crazy cretin looking to line his pockets in the post.

Its not just motorsport that suffers these problems, look at most of the major sports around the world and the situation is very oft repeated.

Mosley has always wrecked my head. He brings in all types of mad legislation and then changes his mind completely by the next season. Thus causing all the teams to rethink everything they had in mind for their cars and cost them more money than rather than saving them money.

He was allegadly friendly with Ron up until this thieving thing came about and Ron Allegadly lied to him and Mosley flipped.

Max is right. Ferrari is F1.

Interesting theory

Never knew Max was the son of the BUF head honcho, just goes to show.. The Mosley's have been an aristocratic family for a while, must have their fingers in quite a lot of pies I'd imagine, even after their locking up in the 40's. Does anyone know why Oswald was knighted in the first place? He was a 'Sir' for one reason or another...
