No. 8 is the best. Such an unusual perspective! The rest show nothing unique IMO.

Just out of curiosity, what was it about 4 that you both liked? Something in the composition? Colours? Angle? That you can see writing on the track?

For me it shows the undulations of the track, a F1 car at flat chat (well at least I hope it is ) and yes the infamous writing on the track surface !! I liked the angle of the piccie too !!

I also liked No5 for the same reasons and as it also shows the setting of the track (i.e.forest in the background etc.)

Shame it's not still on the F1 calendar eh

I am not revealing my picture but please bear in mind the objective before you vote : Nick Heidfeld in an F1 on the Nordschleife.

The winning picture should clearly have these 3 elements in it.

And I believe that more honour can be payed to the NS than showing a funny angle and some graffiti

I voted for number 9.

I just like the picture. Probably because we are used to seeing F1 cars against a backdrop of a modern world filled with technology, advertising and structures.

This photo looks quite serene, yet the main focus of the picture (the car) is anything but serene!

Does that make sense?

Hmm I'm a bit between 3 and 9...

3 clearly is a great picture, it's one of the only with good composition, depth-view, ... Only a bit more action (maybe a slightly wider angle) would have made it perfect, but as said by others, barely original

9's composition isn't that good, have a bit of mixed feelings about the composition, don't exactly know what it is, it feels like it's lacking smth, and sometimes when looking at it, I get the impression that that's exactly what makes it so good.

Voted for No:3 - the photo is good, team BMW on home soil, on (a piece of) the old, dangerous and beautiful Nürburgring BUT Nick not allowed to drive a cople of laps in anger and at speed

I voted number 4 - thought it was the best of the lot.

I voted 8 because it had the least bmw in it
