As much as I like the guy, I don't think he's doing a good enough job...
I do all he had to do yesterday was follow Hamilton and get past Massa who had a brake problem. He doesn't seem to be showing any flashes of brilliance even when the results arn't there. He's sixth in the championship on 28 points after 10 races.

Re: F1 2008
With Heiki its hard to escape that when he let Lewis past he should have just hung on to his coat tails and taken a driving lesson.
I think its also fair to say that the car has come good for Hamilton in a big way in the last two races. Its power, balance and grip have been pretty well perfect, or so it seems from my armchair This has complemented his aggressive, but quite smooth driving style well. I actually think LH has slowed down a bit in his head. He seems to be thinking more since the red light debacle, and its working.
I think they will give Heikki another season at least. He is a good 'fit' in the team, he's not slow, he is just not quite fast enough, and isn't taking the risks that LH is....which makes Heikki a...number 2 driver to Lewis...well thats all right then. I predict Heikki will get faster. Those Mclaren people will make him go faster.

Re: F1 2008
I agree Heikki should stay on at McLaren and hone his skills. He may not be another Mika or Kimi but can certainly be solid and help McLaren win the Constructors' championship next year.
I sure hope they don't, of course

I'm not so sure, the thing is Heki could well cost them the constructors championship. In my view if McLaren were concerned about 'fit' they probably would have allowed DC to stay in the team a bit longer.
