I think he has proved that he certainly can, when he keeps a cool head that is.

I think he's proved that he can in every formula he's ever raced in

Yes, and remember he was on pole last year at Silverstone even with a car that wasn't that suited to the track. The McLaren seems better this year, so lets hope he can show Kimi and Massa the way to the chequred flag

Well, Massa had a decent drive in France I thought.

Re: F1 2008
Speak of the French GP, I've just been on the F1 website and they have a new 'Race Video' section which shows an edited highlight of the last F1 race, now I'm not one to drag up old history but check out the pass Hamilton puts on Vettel that gave him the drive through penalty.
Is it me or does it show him ahead of the Toro Rosso as he goes into turn 7, I'm fairly certain it looks like he has a wheel on the outside curb which would suggest he was ahead at this point, conspiracy conspiracy me thinks, I'm off to watch it again just to be sure (By the way you can slow the footage down, shame there is no overhead shots!).

Re: F1 2008
On a different subject, re Kimi's debacle at Monaco ...have a look at Sutil's car, it appears to twitch before the crash at the same point on the track where Kimis car starts his tank slapper... and is actually out of control/sideways when Kimi does make contact ? If you don't believe me, watch it.
